A Shade Greener is the largest installer of free solar panels in the UK. Bootroom created a bespoke CRM system that logs all of their customers and their solar panel data each day. The system then has an algorithm that finds which solar panels are under performing and notifies A Shade Greener staff, so they can be investigated by an engineer. The system has a live mapping area. This helps with booking servicing by showing solar installations within a certain radius. The map area also helps with eliminating if an group of solar installations is suffering from a faulty telecoms mast or bad weather.
