Grafton Merchating GB

Bootroom was commissioned to build a recruitment system for Grafton Merchanting and a CRM. This was a bespoke system and handles all job applications and the interview process. The system then has the facility to select the chosen candidate and send offer letters. Bootroom was then asked to create a recruitment website that would allow potential candidates to search for jobs and apply online. The website is a full CMS (Content Management System) and all applications from the website are sent directly into the recruitment system for approval.
