Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) are one of the UK's leading care home providers.

Bootroom has developed a full bespoke E-Learning and Management system for MMCG staff. The system has over 5,500 users, which is growing every month. Each user has their own E-Learning courses to complete and each course randomises questions to ensure learners read the course content and preventing answers being shared.

All courses are accredited and once completed, users can download their certificate. Management have live reports, so they can instantly see which staff members are compliant across the entire company. The system has a course booking facility for the company’s face to face training.
